I don't have to tell you that clogs are so in, or that No6 has been doing clogs for years before Chanel got their eye on the wooden clunkers. I will tell you that the gold peep-toe strappy version is absolute perfection and that their new moccasin style is pretty cute too.
I painted my nails lavender like the color Mrs. Prada used in the Fall 2010 MiuMiu show. I did Essie Ballet Slippers (hello 7th grade French mani!) underneath an OPI shade to create a sort of reverse French. It sort of looks sort of like my nails have been growing out for weeks and it it looks sort of cool. Below that are some of my other favorite looks from the collection. She's always more perfect than I could imagine.
These are the pics from our weekend trip to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. It was the first day New York experienced even a hint of warmth, so everyone was out to enjoy it. The gardens are perfect for that because they are secluded, pristine, and feel a million miles away from the city. Even though it wasn't actually warm and it isn't blooming season, there were some nice glimpses of green. My favorite part by far was the bonsai room. The little trees are incredible and maybe worth a full post later.
After the gardens, we walked across Prospect Park to visit Paul's new restaurant, The Double Windsor in Windsor Terrace.

I love these Spring 2010 Rachel Comey shoes. She always does uniquely chic and feminine shoes that have something just a little bit funky about them. This season she took a page out of Margiela's book for the cut-out wrap-around look.
