DIY: Wall-Mounted Bulb Lamp

My room suffers from the curse of someone who got overzealoused about energy-safe bulbs and thus has a bright sterile white glow. A little trip to Ikea and a lot of help from Mark created the perfect little lamp to solve the problem. We used an Ikea wall bracket, Ikea lamp cord, and a standard silver bowl bulb and drilled three notches to hold the cord, all for about $10. How do you think it goes with my YSL Manifesto print?

Lewis Fall 2010

I am in love with the Fall 2010 lookbook for Lewis. Alison Lewis is so incredibly amazing and the new darker tone she took for this season is just perfect. There will only be many more exciting things to come now that she is in the CFDA Fashion Incubator program. Love, love, love!
