Climbing the dunes of Abbott's Lagoon in Point Reyes reminded me of the realities that you create for yourself as a kid. Seeing the endless expanse of sand exported me to the Sahara. In a weekend I became a world traveler to a land where the beaches never end. It reminds me of the time I drove our Previa through a lake- its ok, no one drowned.
