Its T4 time...

It’s that time of year again...for the third time Elite will be joining forces with our friends at T4 to bring a touch of fashion to T4's Stars of 2010 with Samsung pop fest next Sunday. Elite scouts will be let loose in the crowds at Earls Court to find 10 potential new faces to appear on the Catwalk Stage in a live ‘walk-off’...sound scary? These lucky girlies will also be judged by pop royalty Mollie and Rochelle from the Saturdays who will be making up part of the judging panel. Haven’t managed to bag yourself a ticket? Visit Elite London’s Facebook page for details on how you can win a pair of VIP tickets!
If you aren't one of the lucky winners you can buy tickets at www.channel4.com/t4 - but hurry up because they're selling out fast! And if you can't make it to the show watch... it live Channel 4 and 4Music from 2.25pm this Sunday

Charlotte Benson does Italian Vogue - part deux

Like the rest of us, Italian Vogue can't seem to get enough of Charlotte Benson. So here she is again, this time parading her fabulous new 'do in a story shot by Michelangelo di Battista and styled by Alice Gentilucci. The other day in the office, all the girls were talking about how amazingly Edie Sedgwick Charlotte's looking these days - hot stuff!

Constance around the world

Constance, Constance! Like a hurricane of fire and beauty and extremely good skin, Jablonski is simply unstoppable on her around-the-world quest to take over the territories of fashion and magazines and that. Above, her two most recent international covers: the October issue of Numero Tokyo and the November issue of Vogue Korea. Go CJ. What country's next?

Ming is smokin'

Smokin' hot, that is, in Danielle Duella and Iango Henzi's smoke-free black and white story, Stop Smoking, for the October issue of i-D. Ming Xi's editorial, which was styled by Edward Enninful and features an array of other top girls, emulates the 'smoking chic' stories of yesteryear - albeit without the token cigarettes. You gotta give it up to Ming and i-D... they make the healthy life seem awfully appealing.

Prada Fall/Winter 2010 Fantasy Lookbook

Prada's Fall/Winter 2010 Fantasy Lookbook shows once again how varied and creative Miuccia Prada can be not only in her designs, but the ways that she presents them as well. Bonus points for Lindsay Wixson and Lara Stone sightings. And that the Dead End shot looks like the Williamsburg waterfront.

Caroline does Interview

Miss Brasch Nielsen yet again makes us wonder if she is in fact made of really, really expensive porcelain in this beyond captivating story for the November issue of Interview. Karl Templer hooked Caroline up with a dose of Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciaga for the Craig McDean shoot, which only confirms that CNB needs no fireworks or extravagant sets to stun. Olga Sherer, turning up the heat

Simon Robins transforms the incomparable Olga Sherer into a Newton-esque amazon goddess circa 1986 in a story shot by Terry Tsiolis for the December issue of Vogue Russia. All our favourite things combined in one! It's an Olga Package Solution.

Apple Picking, Upstate NY

As full fall monsters (New Yorkers who become frantic with the turning of leaves and the prospect of freshly made apple cider), Mark and I made the exodus upstate. After a full day of exploring Storm King and not enough time to explore quaint antique stores as we had planned, we headed towards the best pick-your-own orchard we could find. The apples were a little past their peak, but it was still the perfect fall day, sunset included.

The apples have since become tasty afternoon snacks, apple turnovers, and an apple cake courtesy of Maddie (Headline Foods).

All photos taken by Mark, see more on Flickr.

A Flair for Simona and Pauline

Yes, it's a cliche title and so what? Blogging is a tough and pulsating business. There are only so many headline-y puns in this world. And aaaaaanyway, it's about the lovely Simona Andrejic and Pauline van der Cruysse - both of Elite London fame, natch - who've gone all portrait chic for Flair. Joining a selection of other pretty ladies (and handsome gentlemen), Simona and Pauline were shot by Jean-Francois Campos in a grand collection story of amazing faces, styled by Vittoria Cerciello.

Sigrid beyond the pale

Yes, we know we've just done a post on her but can you blame us? And what's more, Sigrid's gone post-Halloween Film Noir-y luxury goth for the above story for Numero, which calls for a special blog entry. Ben Hassett caught Sigrid getting her gloom on for the November issue - and there's more pictures on Models.com... We always knew Sigrid was no stranger to a walk on the dark side.
