Need: Chloe Bag From Fall 2010

Last season it was all bout the Chloe bootie and I'm not saying I wouldn't kill for a pair (because I would), but I also appreciate the more classic look Hannah MacGibbon went for this season. After years of churning out "It Bags," it's also nice to see a simple bag that isn't really identifiable as anything. I mostly carry a vintage Coach bucket back in nearly this identical shape, but I wouldn't mind updating it with the Chloe version at all.

Dries van Noten Fall 2010

Dries was probably my favorite complete collection from Paris. His combination of classic shapes, modern layering, and subtle sex appeal is exactly how a modern stylish women wants to dress. I especially love how he used pieces that most women might own, a fitted blazer, green khaki, leopard print, watercolor florals, and a slouchy sweatshirt and showed us new ways to mix and match them. On this rainy rainy day, the only think I can think of putting on is a sweatshirt, and if I can do it like this, I might actually be dressed appropriately for dinner with my mom.

Lewis Fall 2010

I am in love with the Fall 2010 lookbook for Lewis. Alison Lewis is so incredibly amazing and the new darker tone she took for this season is just perfect. There will only be many more exciting things to come now that she is in the CFDA Fashion Incubator program. Love, love, love!

We love it when an EML contestant hits the big time and following in the footsteps of the likes of Constance Jablonski and Sigrid Agren, 2009 EML finalist Simona Andrejic has just wrapped up a spectacular opening season. With a show list to rival some of the most established models on the circuit, Simona took to the catwalk for designers such as Calvin Klein, Chloe, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Kenzo and Moschino. We can’t wait to see the editorials which are sure to follow!

C'EST FINI!

4 cities, 4 weeks, hundreds of models and god knows how many coffees and its finally all over! The final week of the show season ends in Paris today and we at Elite London couldn’t be prouder of our girls who have taken the city by storm walking for designers such as Chanel, Chloe, Lanvin, Kenzo, John Galliano and Giles. While London takes the crown for the most up and coming and innovative designers, Paris has blown us away with its usual opulent and luxurious spectacles...genuine icebergs imported from Scandinavia formed the set of the Chanel show! Isabel Marant Fall 2010

Instead of the slouchy suedes and perfect studs we've seen from Isabel Marant for the past few seasons, for Fall 2010, she looked to the '50s. Her narrow, cuffed pants, tough leather jackets, and cinched waists give a bit of a rockabilly vibe. Her woman this season is more Greased Lightning than Sandra Dee, with just the right amount of femininity for those of us who want to try out the full-on leather look, but just for a day.
