We may have been watching one too many episodes of 90210 (mostly for Liam) or its rerun-i-fied predecessor Beverly Hills, 90210 (mostly for Dylan (duh)) but it just so happens that we've decided to send a few scouts to the Billabong, Hunter and Calypso British Schools Contest for young surfers on the 9th and 10th of October in Woolacombe.

So if you're a young man who likes to get your surf on, as they say, and if you look slightly like Keanu Reeves in Point Break or the surfer dude with the long hair who fell off a cliff for Marissa Cooper on the second season of The O.C., come to Woolacombe and show us what you got - follow the link below for more information. Every fashion week is marked by the glare of a billion flashbulbs as the unsung heroes of the week, the photographers, record every second of the action both on and off catwalk. Principle LFW sponsor Canon runs an annual competition for 'Best Shot of London Fashion Week', keenly contested by all BFC accredited snappers at the shows, and we're very impressed that this year's winning shot, captured by Simon Armstrong, features our beautiful Hana Jirickova: a vision of serenity amid a last-minute hair and makeup storm just before her appearance at Issa London.
